STEP 1: Check to be sure you are going to the correct URL. www.pathassist.org


STEP 2: If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer try turning on Compatibility View: Tools --> Compatibility View or select the "Broken Page” icon in the address bar.

STEP 3: If you are browsing at work or have very high security settings, you may want to add our site to your browser's "safe list": Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy --> Sites --> Here type in "www.pathassist.org" and click allow, then "aapa.site-ym.com" and click allow. If you do not have access to these options at work, you may need to contact your IT group and ask them to complete it for you.
