Given the unprecedented nature of this situation, the AAPA will provide a full refund for all who have registered for this meeting.
Additionally, we will offer you a 50% discount on one set of recorded lectures from a prior meeting (Fall 2019, Spring 2019, Fall 2018) to give you an opportunity to replace the CE credits you could have earned from attending the Spring Meeting. A discount code to use for your online purchase within the next six months will be provided upon your request.
Refunds will be returned 100% based on your original method of payment. If you have already requested lecture recordings in lieu of a refund, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve this in your best interest so you will ultimately receive a full refund and a discounted set of recorded lectures should you so choose.
Again, everyone involved in organizing the Spring Meeting is very sad that the measures taken to slow the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the cancellation of the meeting. We now learn that our meeting would have been cancelled regardless per North Carolina’s Governor. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and hope this will in some way make up for that.
