*Student members are automatically upgraded to Associate members at the end of the year in which they graduate.
Membership Application Approval Process
The Membership Committee will review all applications, and recommend either acceptance or rejection of all applications to the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees will be solely responsible for the acceptance or rejection of all Association members.
Current members may submit a request to the Membership Committee to be moved to these categories:
Retired -Members who have retired may move to this category.
Medical/Military Leave –Members may be moved to this category for a specified period of time. Members who become permanently disabled, either physically or mentally, may apply for this membership category on a permanent basis, provided the member supplies sufficient documentation of the permanent disability.
Inactive –Members who have voluntarily submitted a request to be moved to the inactive roster.
