                                                                                <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #01426a;"><strong><span style="color: #f99f33;">Who We’re Looking For:</span></strong><br />We're seeking anyone with a passion for creativity,
                                                                                    dedication to teaching, and a desire to share their expertise in pathology with PA students and residents.&nbsp; Whether you’re a seasoned PA with years of teaching experience
                                                                                    or a new graduate navigating the learner/teacher relationship, your contribution is invaluable.&nbsp; The primary work will involve loading and redesigning existing content
                                                                                    into our new LMS, with the goal of creating an interactive and engaging user experience for the Preceptor Program.</span>
                                                                                </p>
                                                                                <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #01426a;"><strong><span style="color: #f99f33;">When:</span></strong><br />We aim to have the content loaded between September and December
                                                                                    2024, with ongoing maintenance, updates, and new releases periodically thereafter.</span>

                                                                                <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #01426a;"><strong><span style="color: #f99f33;">What is the Preceptor Program?</span></strong><br />The Preceptor Program is an educational
                                                                                    initiative designed to support one of the core roles of Pathologists’ Assistants: teaching and training peers and support staff.&nbsp; The program covers a range of topics,
                                                                                    including how to provide meaningful feedback, teach grossing using various learning styles, and prevent educator burnout.&nbsp; Each lesson is grounded in the latest scientific,
                                                                                    psychological, and educational research, with examples directly applicable to teaching in a gross lab.</span>
                                                                                </p>
                                                                                <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-size: 14px; color: #01426a;">The program is divided into five sections:<br /></span></p>
